Free Space - Primary vs Backup Drives

In  Settings > Hard Drives, the Primary and Backup drives will show you how much free space is remaining. Sometimes, the numbers may not match due to the following reasons:

  • One of the drives has extra content on it such as documents, songs, presentations, or movies that are not backed up to Monument.
  • The Primary Drive has extra thumbnails, metadata, and cached content that does not need to be backed up.
