Hard Drive Health Check
It's a good idea to periodically check the health of a hard drive to make sure that there are no errors which can prevent it from running normally. Doing this is extremely easy on both Windows and Mac.
Windows - Disk Management
- Search "Partition" and click on Create and format hard disk partitions
- A list of all connected hard drives will appear
- Right click on your Primary Drive (the one that connects to Monument) and select Properties
- Click on Tools > Check
- Click on Scan Drive to see if there are any hard drive errors
Mac - Disk Management
- Search "Disk Utility" in Finder
