Remote Access

Monument can be accessed remotely over any Wi-Fi network or using Cellular Data. Once Remote Access is turned on, you can back up, view, and download your content from anywhere in the world.

  1. Update to the latest app and firmware versions
  2. Be on the same Wi-Fi network as Monument
  3. Confirm Settings > Connection Status = Connected
  4. Turn on Settings > Remote Access

  5. Test Remote Access by using the app from a Wi-Fi network different than Monument's or while on Cellular Data
