Backup Drive Not Syncing

The backup drive will not sync under the following conditions:

  • There are photos or videos being uploaded or processing
    • Blinking white LED
  • There are photos or videos being imported from a folder

After Monument has finished processing all content (steady white LED) and is idle, then the Backup Drive will start to sync.

  • Once it is complete, the status will be Synced.
