Error SE03 - Blocked Network

SE03 error is seen during setup when your router/network blocks Monument from connecting to it or when Monument's firmware is older than version 1.5.10.

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Restart your router and wait 2 minutes
  2. Restart Monument and wait 2 minutes
  3. Try setup again
  4. If it still fails, connect Monument to your router with an Ethernet cable

Update Firmware


If you still receive the same error, please try setup again after manually updating the firmware to the latest version using one of the steps below. After doing this, you should no longer receive the error.
